This Privacy Policy was last modified on July 15, 2026, and governs your use of the Wise Piñata mobile application located at www.wisepinata.com and available for purchase for iOS users via the Apple App Store.
We at SUPLAB, LLC (d/b/a Tiny Reactor / Wise Piñata) are strongly committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe experience for all of our users while also offering a high-quality user experience for Wise Piñata (the “App”). We know that you care about how your information is used and shared. We have developed this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information we receive from our App and users of the App. SUPLAB, LLC (the “Company”) operates the App.
This Privacy Policy together with our Terms of Use governs your use of the App. If you choose to use the App, then you agree to these terms and the collection and use of the information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Summary of Wise Piñata
Wise Piñata is a mobile application for iOS. Once per day, users may open a virtual piñata and one of several original illustrated characters appears to share a short message. Users are able to collect characters, save their favorite messages, and earn badges over time. It is a simple, self-contained entertainment app.
Information We Collect
We have designed this App in a way that intentionally minimizes the data we collect.
In summary, the App is free to download. All users access the same core experience. It includes two characters for free; additional characters can be unlocked through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not see or receive any payment details or customer information. (We receive aggregated sales reports showing overall sales activity and the countries in which purchases occurred).
There are no subscriptions, no advertising, and no personal or other account data collected by us.
Progress within the App is stored locally on your device, with syncing occurring via iCloud. There are no third-party analytics or trackers built into the App.
Apple may separately collect information in connection with your download, purchase, or use of the App. Apple’s collection and handling of information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.
Further, if you reach out to us directly including via email we may receive and review whatever information you submit to us including your email address.
Information Provided Voluntarily
Personal / Billing Information. Purchases are processed entirely through Apple. We do not receive your payment card information or billing details.
Apple and any other authorized distribution platform process purchases and distribute the App pursuant to their own terms and conditions, including privacy policies and terms of use. Please understand we are not responsible for their policies or terms of use and we recommend that you review these at the point of download or purchase, prior to checkout, if you have any concerns or questions.
Information You Choose to Provide
There is no opportunity to enter personal information via the App, and so we do not collect any personal information via the App.
If you submit a request or complaint to us via email, or via our website, we would have access to that specific user data, including personal data if you provide it; otherwise we are not interested in collecting user specific data.
Information Collected Automatically.
No Activity Info (Log Data). There is a significant amount of log data that is normally collected by others that we do not collect. Regarding Log Data, Apple provides us with aggregated reporting regarding downloads, purchases, app versions and country-level usage.
Use of Cookies. Our App does not use cookies.
Third-Party Analytics. We do not use any third-party analytics.
Other Third Party Service Providers. We rely on certain third-party providers, including Apple, to distribute the App, process in-app purchases, synchronize user progress through iCloud, and provide aggregated reporting regarding downloads and purchases.
How to Access Your Personal Information
If you have submitted a request or complaint to us, we may have personal information about you (i.e. name and email address and any other information that you provide to us) in our system. Please note that if you separately sign up through our Website to hear from us, you may receive marketing communications related to your request for such. To manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications, you may unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any related email from the Company.
How We Use and Share the Information
Any information that you separately submit to us, including requests related to our App, we may use to:
maintain and improve the App;
respond to your requests, and provide customer service, including in response to any problems that may arise;
improve our services or offerings; and
fulfill our legal or contractual obligations to you.
To the extent you voluntarily provide information to us (such as by contacting us via email), we may share that information with trusted service providers, affiliates, successors, business partners, or other third parties who assist us in operating, supporting, improving, or growing the App and our business. The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we incorporate standard industry practices internally and with our services providers, which we believe is sufficient for the Information involved, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Because we work with third-party businesses and vendors in various aspects of our business including in making the App available, providing website security, email access, etc., we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the Information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet. Any information that you provide to us via email or through our Website should be treated with extra caution, as we cannot control the level of security available through email providers.
Children
We are strongly committed to protecting the safety and privacy of children who visit the App or our Website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 (unless you submit a request or complaint to us). If you are under 13, please do not give us any Personal Information. We encourage all parents to talk to their children about online safety and to monitor their children’s use of the Internet. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us, please contact us, and we will make best efforts to immediately delete that information from our databases.
Our California Do Not Track Notice
We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals of web browsers.

Our App and the servers that make the App and our Website available worldwide are located in the United States. Those within the Company that may have access to any data submitted to the Company include Officers, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Salespersons, or those providing customer or technical support. Access to the data is provided for specific purposes, generally related to communicating with you, fulfilling our contractual obligations, providing customer service or technical support, monitoring App performance.
You may contact us at any time to have your information (if any) with us or any of these processors updated or corrected, deleted, or to obtain a copy for your records. Additionally, you may opt out of receiving any additional emails or marketing messages from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our email notifications.
